I realize I’m starting off with lots of baked goods. Truth is, I make lots of cookies, cakes, and desserts. I will be getting into soups and weeknight meals soon, but I pushed this recipe up because I was already planning on making a batch for my kids today.
These muffins make my house smell like one of those pumpkin patches where you go and spend $100 on a gallon of cider and six powdered donuts. They come together quickly and pack well with lunches. I also think this mixture would bake well into donuts if you have a donut pan.
