Hello, friends! Last week and all its events took me down, hard. But I’m back. And I have a lot of great food to share with you this week. I wanted to start off with this granola butter recipe. It’s one I have made many times in the past, but I got lazy. I bought some at the store for $$$ the other day — and it just didn’t hit the spot.
I like eating this granola butter with my morning Greek yogurt or, let’s be honest, straight off the spoon. The cool thing here is that you can substitute the nuts/add-ins to suit your needs (I’ll provide notes on swaps) and your budget.
