Dark Chocolate Chip + Pistachio Cookies
An incredibly adaptable cookie recipe to use up anything in your pantry
In 2015, I started my year off with a juice fast. In 2025, I’m enjoying cookies, sourdough, and everything else without restriction. So, I figured now is a great time to share one of my all-time favorite cookie recipes. I use this mix as a base for most cookies that I make with some tweaks.
Today I’m giving you the variation with browned butter + dark chocolate chips and pistachios. I know I use browned butter a lot, it’s just an added step that enhances the flavor so much. If you’re not into it, I’m providing ample notes for substitutions that fit whatever else you have in your pantry, including how to make it vegan.
